"Unusually spacious and very warm - exceptional welcome from owner. Golf available at Ganton (world famous) and other courses already mentioned. Spurn Head nature reserve is in easy travelling distance."
Mrs S A
"We had a very warm welcome from the reception lady on site and also the site owner. We were shown all through the property with a detailed explanation. Flamborough Head is an excellent area for bird watchers."
Mr & Mrs S
"I want to underline just how much we enjoyed our stay at Dairy Cottage, Boynton. Everything was beautiful - comfortable and warm. We hope to return next year."
Mrs R
"The recommended Bosville Arms, Rudston is not open for evening meals on a Monday. An ideal alternative is The Old Star Inn at Kilham - they serve excellent food."
Mr B
"Places to visit in the area: Stately Homes - Burton Agnes, Burton Constable, Sledmere, Hovingham Churches - Beverly Minster, St Mary's, Beverley Garton on the Wolds Bempton Cliffs and Flamborough Head at around 6pm are also worth visiting but avoid Bridlington town centre!!"
Dr & Mrs A
"Good pub grub - especially Sunday lunch (need to book) at Bosville Arms, Rudston. Sewerby Hall - the gardens and childrens zoo is well worth a visit. The car park is free and the seafront railway runs to Brid Harbour."
Mr & Mrs P
"Do the ‘Old Bridlington’ town trail and discover some lovely restaurants – can recommend Burlingtons. Bridlingtons’ brochure with suggested drives also worth doing. Don’t miss Burnby Hall with the water lilies."
Mr & Mrs H
"Ellie Mae’s restaurant in Bridlington Old Town is very good. Food is excellent (melt-in-the-mouth steaks, perfectly cooked fish) and staff are interested, attentive, polite and efficient. It isn’t cheap but not wildly expensive either. Weekdays are quiet but you need to cook at week-ends."
Mr & Mrs J L
"Bempton Cliffs – RSPB – was wonderful on a sunny afternoon. Burton Agnes Hall, Sledmere – very close by – good cafes. Bought lots of reasonably priced plants at Burton Agnes Hall. Good dog walk directly from cottage and miles of beach walks – Bridlington, Scarborough, Shipsea etc."
