Just three miles from Llangollen, the Hall is very well situated within 85 acres of private woodland, parkland, several ponds and bridle paths and walks, including the nearby Offa's Dyke. The current owner has now made this splendid house available to Stately Holiday Homes clients throughout the year.

The interior of Trevor Hall is an original and eclectic mix of styles, ranging from period to wildly eccentric.

Ground floor: entrance leads directly to impressive medieval dining hall, incorporating the main staircase, stone fireplace and access to drawing and smoking rooms.

The Regency drawing room with marble fireplace also serves as a cinema room with a 6 x 5 ft screen for DVD and video with surround sound system. A smoking/library room (whilst the Hall is designated as NO SMOKING, smoking is permitted in the smoking/library room only), an intimate sitting room, off which is another cosy room, the Snug. Large kitchen with breakfast table, 2-oven Aga with companion electric hob and oven, dishwasher and microwave. Pantry and boot room leads to the rear entrance. Games room with pool table.

First floor: twin bedroom and double bedroom (not used with Sleep 12 Option) with inter-connecting eccentric en suite bathroom, four poster double bedroom, separate exotic Green bathroom, double-bedded Blue Room and separate, but small, Blue Bathroom. Music room with baby grand piano.

Second floor: double-bedded 'Chinese Room' with en suite bathroom. The double-bedded 'Indian Room' and the double-bedded 'Moroccan Room' both utilise a separate bathroom.

Trevor Hall can be booked on three accommodation combinations:

• Option 1 for 8 people is only available upto 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday.

• Option 2 for 12 people utilizing 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

• Option 3 for 14 people utilizing 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The Moroccan Bedroom

Outside: Trevor Hall has fine gardens incorporating a separate sitting area with BBQ, the Italian Garden and recently restored Victorian greenhouse. Up to two horses are welcome as stabling and paddocks are available for a charge by the owner, to include feed and groom service. Private bridle paths are easily accessible within the privately-owned woodlands.

On the top floor of the East Wing is the resident housekeeping team, who will provide two hours per day (one day off mid-week) tidying rooms and kitchen, as well as making-up beds. A gardener/handyman is also present two days a week. The housekeeping team also offer a catering service, at extra cost, to guests.
